AI agents and workflow automation
We design, build and operate AI agents and workflow automation for sales, support and operations teams — and we stay on call after launch.
Two example automations. AI receptionist: A patient calls after hours. Your team has gone home. An AI voice agent picks up and talks it through — in your clinic's name. It finds a free slot and books it straight into your calendar. The patient gets a confirmation on WhatsApp before they hang up. Answered, booked and confirmed at 9:47pm — nobody on your team lifted a finger. Social media on autopilot: You add one line to the content plan: “Summer menu launch”. AI writes the caption and prepares the image in your brand voice. It posts to every channel at the time your audience is online. Reach and engagement roll up into one report, every Monday. One line in a sheet became a week of posts — written, designed and published.

GHLWhat we build
Each one is measured by the work it removes from your team, not by the tools involved.
Answer, qualify and book every lead in under a minute, day or night.
Remove the copy-paste work between the tools your team already uses.
A pipeline that updates itself and tells reps who to call next.
Connect ERPs, payment and legacy systems through reliable APIs.
Dashboards and admin tools built around how your team actually works.
Alerting, runbooks and an engineer who answers when something breaks.
Signature workflow
A web form or a phone call comes in, AI qualifies it, and four systems update in about a second. No one copies anything.

How we work
Every engagement runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and what you receive at the end of it.
Stage 1
We shadow the people doing the work, map every hand-off and rank opportunities by hours lost and error cost.
Process map · opportunity ranking · fixed quote
Stage 2
We map the process, model the cost per run, and agree on failure handling before any build starts.
Workflow spec · cost model · test plan
Stage 3
We build in your accounts, in short increments you can see working, with retries, logging and alerting from day one.
Working workflows in staging · weekly demo
Stage 4
We run the new process alongside the old one, compare results, then switch over with a rollback plan ready.
Go-live checklist · runbooks · team training
Stage 5
We watch every workflow, answer alerts at any hour, and review reliability and cost with you every month.
Monthly run report · incident reviews

Week 1Designing the workflow
Steps, failure modes and cost per run, agreed before any build.
Weeks 2–3Building with tests
Built in your accounts, with retries, logging and alerting.
